Saje ecommerce app
Case Study
The task was to develop an e-commerce application that would make shopping easier for customers.
Role: UX designer
Methods: User interviews, persona, research, user journey map, user flow, UI, wireframes, prototype.
The project brief provided clear and specific requirements, including a detailed task flow to guide the development process, ensuring a user-friendly e-commerce app design.

Identifying pain points in the website’s overall navigation was crucial, particularly in the purchasing process. Special attention was given to the organization of products and their categorization to enhance the user experience.

Based on the analysis and inspection of the website, and considering the new features to be developed, I designed elements and components that align with the brand’s visual identity to be implemented in the app.

Using the latest versions of the high-fidelity wireframes, I proceeded with prototyping and refined the final details for testing. Based on the results of the last test, I made final adjustments, focusing primarily on the purchase checkout process.

Enjoy the app’s soothing loading animation as you take a moment to unwind. Explore a curated playlist to relax during your skincare routine, along with helpful tips on how to make the most of your favorite products.
Future Steps: During the app testing process, we discovered that users wanted a more personalized experience, where the app felt tailored to their needs. They expressed interest in receiving special offers, advice from wellness specialists, and tips on using new products. Users also wanted the brand to feel more connected to them, aligning with their individual profiles. As a result, the next step is to develop an AI-powered feature named AURA that customizes options based on each customer’s favorite products and categories, delivering a truly personalized experience.
